Today, he runs a boutique advertising agency in Philadelphia that works exclusively with the real estate industry, managing hundreds of team and brokerage accounts across the country. But the teaching part never stopped. He created Circle of Excellence®, an online community where he walks entrepreneurs through scaling their businesses step by step, breaking down what actually works without the usual business guru nonsense.

Now he's bringing that same approach to AI implementation. As a RAG agent expert and trained agentic agent developer, he's helping real estate professionals understand and use AI tools that actually matter for their business. Same philosophy: make complex things accessible, show people how to use what they learn, and share the journey openly so others can build their own path forward.
